How to Register and Intro to zFairs!
1. This form serves as our fair's permission slip and safety guide. 2. Please complete it BEFORE you start collecting data. If you have any questions about safety- email wrmssef@edgemont.org and we can try to help. 3. Some projects that involve riskier procedures might ALSO need ISEF official risk assessment form (3) or potentially hazardous biological material forms (6A and B). If you think you might fall into this category, please let us know. 4. After a review when registration is closed, WRMSSEF will go through all paperwork and let you know if additional forms are needed or if a project is not safe to proceed with. 5. Students must submit a research plan with this form (see next header for link) 6. Team projects – each team member must submit their own page 1 and then submit 1 copy of pages 2-4. High school helpers are all trained in helping with forms. Please let us know if you would like one! The form is linked here. For team members who just need page one since another member is uploading the full form please use this link instead (form one, page one permission slip page).

Team Registration Information

Teams of up to 3 students are allowed. All team members, however, MUST register individually. All team members need to submit 1. THEIR OWN PAGE ONE of the Middle School Science Fair Project Approval Forms 2. Copies of page 2-4 3. Copies of research plan Clearly record your individual contribution for the project as you work: if the project is nominated as a ThermoFisher Nominee, ALL team members will be finalists and will have to complete separate applications.
